Becoming a Registered User / Logging In:

Q:

Does Minnesota CLE share or sell addresses or other submitted information?

No, Minnesota CLE does not share or sell mailing lists or other submitted information.

Q:

When I try to “register as a new user,” I am not being recognized as an attorney. Why?

The Supreme Court has added leading zeros to some attorney license numbers. Try adding one or two leading zeros to the number. Example: If your number is 655555, try entering 0655555.

Q: What if I don’t remember my password?

You can click on the “Forgot Password” link below the LOGIN button on the login page. Your password will be sent to your most current e-mail address we have on record.

Q: What if I don’t remember my password and my email address has changed?

Send an email to us at cservice@minncle.org with your name and attorney license number or MSBA membership number. We will reply with your password. Once you log in with your old email address and password, you will be able to update your personal information on the Minnesota CLE website.

Registering for Seminars or Purchasing Publications Online

Q:

Can I be billed when buying publications or registering for seminars online?

You do need to use a credit card when making purchases online. If you do not have a credit card available and need to be billed, please fax, mail, email, or call in your order.

Q:

Is my transaction secured?

All credit card information is secured by SSL Encryption.

Q: Can I cancel a seminar registration or publication order online?

At this point, you cannot cancel a registration or publication order online. Please call Minnesota CLE at 651-227-8266 or 800-759-8840 or email us at cservice@minncle.org.

Accreditation / Credit Issues

Q: I am logged on, but where do I report my credits?

Your intent must be to log on to the State Board’s website (http://www.mbcle.state.mn.us/mbcle/pages/home.asp). You may get a list of what you have taken from Minnesota CLE from our website, but you report to the State Board. Your login and password do not necessarily match at the two sites.

Season Passholder Issues

Q:

Can I register online if I have a Season Pass?

Yes, you will be recognized as a Season Passholder.

Q:

I am a Season Passholder. Do I get 50% off online materials as well as hard copy materials?

Yes, your discount will be applied. The annual subscription to the Online Library is also available to Limited, Unlimited and Webcast Passholders at 50% off. Super Passholders receive free access to the Online Library.

Q: Can I purchase a Season Pass online?

Yes, you may purchase a Season Pass online. A Season Pass may also be purchased by fax or mail. Simply print and complete the order form and either fax it to Minnesota CLE at 651-227-6262 or mail it to us at 2550 University Avenue West, Suite 160-S, Saint Paul, MN 55114.

Live Webcasts

Customers should examine their computer before the webcast to verify it meets the minimum standards to view the seminar.
