This presentation focuses on two more essential elements of the attorney-client privilege. Molly Hough and Aram Desteian analyze how courts determine if a communication was intended to be confidential and Doowon Chung and Lauren Barta look at the threshold question of whether a communication was made primarily for the purpose of seeking legal advice from an attorney.
